Proverbs 3:5-8
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones."

About Me

My Photo
Name: Tai Sophia
Location: Somewhere, Pennsylvania, United States

My NEW Blog is: www.beggarlybouquet.com -- I am not famous. My parents are not famous. My grandparents are not famous. In fact, the only famous person in our family line might be the western outlaw: Belle Starr. But something my great-grandparents, grandparents, and now my parents have passed down to me is the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. This blog is a small effort on my part to pass what I am learning as I follow after Him on to you, and to use what He has given me to bring glory to His name. (Wow. Apparently my profile page has been viewed over 3,000 times!)

Second Day!

Well folks...we made it to and through the second day!!! (Of the actual contest.)
This morning the "moderator" called over half of the people's names and dismissed them...he did it alphabetically, so when he got past the "P's" I was shocked. Seriously I was. I didn't expect AT ALL to make it to the second round.
Today was less intense and book-involved than yesterday...and I tend to think it was based on speed. I have no idea how we did. We made a few blunders at first that cost us a little time...but we shall see tomorrow. It is great having each of our different strengths...I can't imagine doing this part alone like I did the first part. We got a nice R&R time after we finished though!
Keep praying that we would bring glory to God in all we do and say.

P.S. Still have not found Sir Daniel. A few prospects, but I'm not just going to go up to everyone and ask them if their name is Daniel...I was hoping he'd find me.
